The Paleo Solution is an excellent book that covers the science of how Paleo works and how you can stay lean by eating like our pre-farming ancestors. Whether or not you believe the evolutionary science, you can’t dispute the results from the stories of people who’ve reversed the worst health conditions through eating Paleo. Robb does an amazing job explaining the complex science of your health in down to earth terms and analogies. It’s definitely a book worth reading.
